All CPT codes must be paired with appropriate ICD-9 codes to meet the local carrier's medical necessity criteria. LMRP data is specific to each local region and BluefishRx Charge Capture offers LMRP data for 50 regions of the US. The LMRP and CPT/ICD9 coding data is licensed from HyperCereus Medical, one of the leaders in medical informatics and coding.

Charge-scrubbing functions have traditionally been the domain of expensive PC based billing systems.
