Trouble Shooting
The LifeDrive comes with Addit on the ROM. If there is something wrong with
Addit you can delete it from your handheld and it will be reinstalled automatically
when you next hot sync.

Addit no longer updates when I hot sync
Check that you have the Addit Conduit enabled. Right click the hot sync icon
in the icon tray in the bottom right of your desktop. Select 'Custom'.
You should see 'Synchronize Files' next to the Addit entry.
If it says 'Do Nothing', tap the 'Change' button and check 'Enable Conduit' and then check the 'Set as Default' radio button.
If this was not the problem or Addit is not showing in your list of conduits,
download the Addit installer by clicking
here. Save it to your desktop and launch the installer. If you are
offered the choice to 'Remove' select it, otherwise go through with the
installation. Once the installation has finished, launch the installer
again. This time select the 'Remove' option. Once Addit has been removed
run the installer a third time. This should fix the issue.
Wireless Downloads and Purchasing
Addit news content can be updated wirelessly but trials and purchases must be processed via hot sync on the LifeDrive.
